Work in Progress: The session will start with short input presentations by four panelists, followed by a moderated plenary discussion. A short wrap-up and outlook will conclude the session. Issues to be discussed comprise: How to best understand structural change (critical reflection of transformation theories). What is the relevance of political economy, law, culture, innovation in this respect? What is the relevance of structural conditions for transformative climate policy and climate friendly living?
