It highlights the importance of open-source e-learning resources, virtual and remote laboratories, and interactive educational tools in fostering practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Additionally, it underscores the contributions of the ERIGrid 2.0 project in developing comprehensive training programs and resources to equip the next generation of energy professionals with the necessary expertise to meet industry demands.
