Abstract

In Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), where conducting user studies is a key element, effectively engaging users to gather meaningful feedback remains a challenge. Methods usually used, such as surveys and questionnaires, often struggle with participation rates and lead to survey fatigue, limiting the quality of insights gathered. This paper explores three playful interactive methods for collecting user feedback in HCI as an alternative to these conventional approaches. We applied these methods in three workshops to assess their potential for improving participant engagement and the feedback collection process.
