N2 - The purpose of this report is to provide the European Commission with an interim evaluation of EIT Health. While the report accounts for developments from 2016 onwards, the main focus is on developments in 2021-2022. The performance of EIT Health is assessed on the five key evaluation criteria set out in the Better Regulation Guidelines (i.e. relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness and EU value added) and the partnership-specific criteria (i.e. additionality, directionality, international positioning & visibility, transparency & openness, and phasing out preparedness).
