Abstract

The aim of this evaluation is to undertake a systematic overall assessment of the implementation of H2020 and ERA in Austria as well as of EUREKA, COSME and EEN. The three focus areas of the evaluation are: 1. Appointment of the FFG with the advice and support of H2020 and ERA (EIP commission) 2. Appointment of the FFG with the EU Performance Monitoring (EU PM commission) 3. The ERA Observatory Austria, which forms an overarching framework for the integration of the individual tasks in the area of governance of EU RTI policy in Austria on the BMBWF side. In addition, the evaluations will additionally analyze the assignments to EUREKA, COSME and EEN.
