Abstract

This guidance supports European partnerships in developing effective approaches to international collaboration. It addresses three key dimensions: 1) the motivations, approaches, and challenges of international cooperation; 2) the framework conditions for international cooperation within Horizon Europe; and 3) practical guidance for developing international cooperation activities within European Partnerships.
