Abstract

Using electro-physiological signals like EMG or EOG for device control is a promising research area. The application in pratice however has the disadvantage that electrodes have to be attached to the user and all electrodes have to be controlled. To minimize the effort of electrode application and to avoid wiring at all a set of biosignal amplifiers with body area network connectivity is being developed. In the first stage an EMG module and the base station of the body area network is demonstrated.
