Abstract
Technology Experience offers a conceptual and methodological framework to understand the perspectives, needs and wants of people towards existing and upcoming technology. The human experience and its essence have to be understood as a very important innovation driver. The article discusses three dimensions of Technology Experience relevant to technological changes that matter to individuals, organisations and society.
