An empirical agent-based model for Regional Twin Transition Pathways: Basic architecture and potential policy applications

Activity: Talk or presentation / LecturePresentation at a scientific conference / workshop

Description

I presented our project “An empirical agent-based model for Regional Twin Transition Pathways” , in which my colleagues at AIT (Theresa Bürscher, Thomas Scherngell, Martina Neuländtner, Manfred Paier and Jonas Konrad) and I explore different pathways for the twin transition of European regions and evaluate the impact of transformative innovation policy mixes. Upcoming results to be explored in context of different policy scenarios will provide new impulses for transformative innovation policies that aim to foster twin transition and to strengthen regional innovation capacities in green and digital technologies across European regions.
