    In this talk, the results of the MED1stMR research project were presented from the perspective of their application for emergency response organisations. It describes what Mixed Reality (MR) training of MED1stMR consists of, which technical components and training scenarios were developed in the project and shows how far MR training has already come, what it can be used for and who can be trained with it. MR will be a part of future training, it brings advantages and this presentation highlights how organisations can prepare for it.
