Description
After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand mathematical models of the cardiovascular system in different complexity (static models, dynamic aggregated models, pulsatile models, nonlinearities in models, 1D FEM models), to describe explicit solutions and simulations of the models with suitable methods (linear analysis, ODE solver, finite elements, sensitivity equations), as well as to give an overview of analysis methods for the evaluation of biosignals from the cardiovascular system.
