Description

The current generation of photovoltaic (PV) systems focuses on integrating PV in diverse environments where mature technologies fall short, aiming to provide solutions for various integration
needs, such as tandem devices, semitransparency, flexibility, color, stability, and efficiency under variable lighting conditions. This trend increases the heterogeneity of PV technologies and the
complexity of system design, requiring strict and precise control over their properties and fabrication processes. These factors pose significant challenges not only for research and development,
but also for their successful implementation in society through industrial scaling.
