Description

In the Austrian flagship project “PhysICAL”, four pilot projects were carried out to demonstrate the ecological and economic benefits of collaborative logistics networks. The aim was to introduce stakeholders in freight transport to PI applications. Moreover, a Digital Twin has been created, mapping parts of the pilots. The four pilot projects and the Digital Twin are presented, and the key-challenges faced in their implementation are discussed. Finally, mitigation measure realised in the pilots are depicted.
