    Abstract

This paper reviews a channel model based on COST259 suggestions. The model is able to cope with Micro- and Macro-cellular environments. It is directionally driven via placing scatterers around base station and mobile station. Major goal of the model is to cope with the MIMO case which is not an explicit goal of COST259. Therefore modifications and extensions to the literature had to be done. The model introduces double scattering and copes with polarisation.
