Abstract

The objective of this Deliverable is, first, to give an overview on the development and implementation of Access principles, procedures, mechanisms and technical facilities during the first reporting period (see Section 2). Second, it will provide a first monitoring of some substantive and organizational characteristics of the project-based accesses to RISIS datasets during the first reporting period (see Section 3).
