N2 - The AIOTI HLA (High-level architecture) Report is the outcome of comprehensive discussions of the AIOTI WG Standardisation focusing on large-scale IoT and Edge Computing pilot deployments and related works of the Standards Development Organisations (SDOs). Specifically, this report presents the use of ISO/IEC/IEEE 42010 within the IoT domain and proposes different deployment options considering architectural matters related to cloud and edge computing, Big Data, virtualization, security, privacy and (platform) interoperability.
