Abstract

The impact of alterations in arterial flow and pressure on the derived reservoir and excess pressure are not fully understood yet. The aim of this work was to generate pressure waveforms using a 3-element Windkessel model and apply the reservoir algorithm to analyze the changes in the output by varying the input parameters of flow and Windkessel.
