Squeezed light detection with a die-level receiver up to 9GHz

    Abstract

    In this work we present a low-noise die-level balanced homodyne receiver assembled with commercially available photodiodes and transimpedance amplifier able to measure squeezed states of light beyond the receiver bandwidth up to 9 GHz.
