Abstract

Technology Monitoring gives an overview on technological and non-technological Information on metal forming. Bibliometric methods help to Analyse the scientific publications of metal forming in the time period 1995 to 2015 in this case. Based on the keyword "metal forming" the data from Web of Science are recorded. For this rough Analysis 17 Topics are identified in the Network of bibliographic coupling and a Portfolio Analysis is calculated. China, Germany, and USA are most visible in this search field in scientific literature. The Network of organisations shows the coloured Picture of collaboration. Austrian organisations in the Network and the latest work of Austrian organisations close this study.
