    Abstract

    Nowadays TEM techniques are used not only in the lab practice for the development and optimising of the new materials. This technique has been established as a very powerful tool in the industrial practice asisting the setting up of new technologies, helping to optimise the production routes or giving recommendation how to make the most of the commercial materials by modification of composition or processing.
