Abstract

To perform high accuracy measurements in the UV spectral range (200 nm - 400 nm) a spectroradiometer should be used. This requires some preconditions, upon which accuracy highly depends, such as a well calibrated spectroradiometer, a measurement set-up with high reproducibility and suitable environmental conditions (e.g. temperature). To minimise uncertainties, the main factors have been studied by systematical variation of the relevant parameters. By that, the uncertainties of calibration and further on the measurement uncertainties have been determined in order to get the overall uncertainty.
