Abstract
Ethernet-over-VLC transmission is accomplished over medium- and high-flux (>50lm) LEDs, revealing that broadband modulation with simple coding prevails over distortion-sensitive modulation techniques. Towards that, a sub-20lm LED can cater for 100-m real-time LiDAR point-cloud transmission.
