Abstract
Seit einigen Jahren sind kreislaufwirtschaftliche Ansätze ein Teil der langfristig angelegten Wiener „Smart Klima City Strategie“. Neben der Abfallwirtschaft und dem Bausektor ist es auch die stadtregionale Lebensmittelproduktion, die durch alternative Ansätze von Produktion und Konsum Aufmerksamkeit erhält.
